Endurance

Endurance Class is a specialty class that we offer in addition to our regular CrossFit programming.  This program is for the athletes that want to increase their endurance capabilities.  Endurance is not only about running skills and often incorporates weight lifting and other CrossFit exercises into a longer format class.  Participants should be able to run a minimum of a 10 minute mile without stopping prior to taking Endurance Class.  All Classes are taught by a CrossFit Certified Instructor.

The cost for Endurance Class is $5 per class for members, and $15 per class for non-members.  Please see our current class schedule for class dates and times.
