Congratulations to Cory & CrossFit Weddington
This will be the first official event in our Charlotte Throwdown Series.
Ok, so this is how the first one will work. Teams will consist of one female and one male athlete. There will be 6 workouts in a hat at the beginning of the event and two will randomly be drawn to be the workouts of the event!
Workouts are:

- Annie
- Angie
- Karen
- ?
Male and Female must complete at least 1 rep of each movement for each set. 20 min cap, at that point the team with the best time or with the most reps will be the winner.
No entry fee for this one…let’s just get the series started and have fun!!
Six Teams will compete at half hour intervals. To register email lisamolinaro@hotmail.com. I will need both athletes names, what affiliate you are representing (or garage gym), if each athlete is Rx or Scaled and time slot preference if you have one.

One of our massage therapist is returning! Sarah will now be available a few Saturdays a month. We’ve got a few slots open this Saturday starting at 8am.
With both Brandon and Sarah 30 minutes for $25 or 60 minutes for $40 for all CrossFit Steele Creek members or Premier Health and Rehab patients. Both therapists can do area specific sports massage therapy, deep tissue, or relaxation massage. Please email us at crossfitsteelecreek@gmail.com to set up a time.

Game: Dodge Ball or Plank War Races
CrossFit Kids Classes are for ages 8-12. Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm and Saturday at 10:30am. Little CrossFitters ages 4-7 has class on Saturdays at 10am.
