WOD = Workout of the Day

Fundamentals = Free Fundamentals course that will go over the basic moves of CrossFit.  This is a great first class and introduction to CrossFit!

Advanced Fundamentals = This class is great for our CrossFit members to improve their weight lifting form and other CrossFit Skills.

On Ramp Class = The On Ramp Class is the introduction course composed of 4 classes to introduce a new member into CrossFit.  For more information please see our Getting Started page.

We encourage everyone to participate in our Fundamentals Class first.  This is a great way to learn weight lifting form and become acquainted with CrossFit.
