If you do not know your 1rm Snatch you have 20 minutes to either find it, or practice the lift

Then,

15min AMRAP

5 Snatch (Power or squat) 135/95

15 Deadlifts 135/95

30 Double unders

    TMFK,

    Some of us will be doing the Open WOD tomorrow at 8am. We’ll also be doing the Open WOD’s every Saturday at 11am.

    Funny thing is, Melyssa is supposed to be counting for Ellen here. “2, 6, 11, doing great ellen! 16, 21, 4, ooops, ABACUS!”

    I think there are 5 or 6 WOD’s for the Open. They come out on each Wednesday, and need to be submitted by Sunday.

    We will also be having each Open WOD for a WOD the following week.
