    it is sadistic and oh so amazing… love the torture! especially impressed with the guys at 9am who have a few more candles on their birthday cakes than i do, yet still killed the wall climbs- crossfit does a body good!

    sunny, i hope you and SBG (sue F) can grace me with your presence tomorrow morning… honestly one of my best CF memories so far- the partner WOD in which you were cheering SBG on and little did you know she was cursing and calling you “sunshine natzi” under her breath the whole time. yet she loved every minute of it : )

    Nathan: Yes you put your panties on one leg at a time, however the zipper front offer’s easy access and breathability

    Andy Y: I have looked around for different sources of protien and used a few companies. By far the BEST company out there for designing your own protien with or without suger, aspartame, with or without creatine, glutamine, etc etc is PROTIEN FACTORY. Pick any flavor, sweetner, and add in. Or you can get it with no sweetner added. Check them out. I paid about $65 delivered for 5 lbs. You can also look at other protien sources besides just whey with this company. You can mix them in any variation (like 33% whey, 33% egg and so on only your imagination limits your decision) I will be checking out the two companies that Brian mentioned. I would love to see what they offer as well.

    Kyra/Tiff: In this weeks episode of AS THE BOOT TURNS…….will Nathan admit to his donut love child, will Boot be caught eating donuts? Will Erik have more prison dreams? Stay tuned…..

    It seems as though you’ve lowered yourself to such a level that the only way you can even fathom crawling out from this spelunking expedition of yours is by stringing random words/phrases together (aka donut & love child), but acting like you meant to do it.

    Ya’ll are hilarious! I’m not sure what a donut love child is either. Zippers in the front of panties? I do know what that is…not a good idea! And I will leave it at that.

    I hate that I won’t be there today, but Melyssa just proves something that we all know deep inside…6 am-ers are the best!

    My knee is shot from yesterday, but will see everyone tomorrow and hope all goes well!

    I did a modified version of Tuesdays workout at my office with a group of people I work with.

    3 Burpees on the minute

    50 shoulder press
    50 sit ups
    50 lunges
    50 kb
    50 squats
    150 jumpropes

    1 of my guys puked and kept going. I was verry happy.

    I wrote that about protien factory before I realized that you had already decided to sell the other two companies. I didnt mean to interfere. I am open to trying most any protien company. I have to tell you I am loving the liquid egg whites from egg white international. I put them in my protien shake with milk and whey. Kinda a multi-purpose mix.

    DId my own WOD yesterday BF style. 15 minute AMRAP

    30 second sprint
    3 Body Weight DL
    6 pull ups
    9 KTE

    and I forgot to count my rounds…AKA BF style. Trying to make up my own stuff as I go. any idea?

    Ok..Melyssa let me try to clean up the mini sh*t storm i created on Friday with my attempt at a cleaver post…the “guy” in the WOD demo I was referring to was the skeleton guy demonstrating the proper deadlift technique..not you..in fact I didnt even know that there was a demo of you at all…I in no way think that you resemble a guy…hopefully this will diffuse the situation and we can avoid the Melyssa vs. Jeff smackdown that our fellow xfitters would like to see : 0 /
