Here is an at home WOD for those of you that can’t stand the thought of another rest day.
100 Push-up
200 Sit-up
300 Squat
Any way you want… I am going to do it like Cindy 5, 10,15 x 20. Have fun and post your times. Use a folded towel under your low back like an ABMAT if you want. Have fun and be safe today.
The driving really isn’t that bad once you get to the main road.
Well, I’ve got about 4 miles of Union County country roads to get to 485. So you can come pick me up. haha… We will see how they look for 5:30.
Kinda wish I had read the website before I made the drive in. Got there at 845 and waited till 0910. It took a while but I figured it out. Any chance for a 530/630 class???????

I just fell in our driveway trying to take my dog out to pee…. I’m guessing I looked like Dawn mid-air of the pull-up fall. At least I had a good CrossFit ass to catch my fall!
Unlikely. I can’t get off my street. Actually my car is parked down my block since I couldn’t get down my street last night.
And Cory shouldn’t be driving from 30 minutes away.

I did Fran when I got into work today. I was cracking along thinking I would beat my old time when I looked at my watch and realized I shut off my timer. So…..no PR for me. Will do the other WOD this evening if there is no class. You guys be carefull out there. Losts of ice on the side roads.

When I get 100% I will do one a week with ya…how about that deal. Even though it could take me the year to be 100 injury free…thats nothing but a effing detail tuff guy

Bridget: I do take girls, but you’ll need to get clearence as well. I can’t be responsible if your sensitive little self gets hurt. Remember, BOOTFIT is not for the weak or faint of heart. Its the newest rage sweeping the nation. Ill be opening up a BOOTFIT gym right next to CFSC. Also if your interested there is the new BOOTFIT diet, excercise bands, DVD’s and leotards.

Logan(our 5 year old) 29:02- he did every bit of it, kept track and yelled “he hated crossfit at least 5 times during the workout! We have pictures of his “swimming squats” that we will post to fb.

In order to answer all of the 3 Stooges in their own discussion(Boot, Bridget, Gordon), if you CANNOT do EVERY WOD currently Rx’d and excel, I would strongly suggest not looking into SEALFIT to get your WOD, if even once a week.
Adding that kind of volume to a workout would not be safe, and would increase one thing…you’re risk of injury.

Is it just me or does brian only pick up half the conversation…that’s more burpees for you…BOOTFIT is more inline with water aerobics; hence leotards and acceptable for women and old guys…gosh! Ud think we were all out to kill ourselves not have a good time
I am confused about the WOD again. Shocker, I know.
Am I doing 20 push ups/20 squats/20 sit ups, 15 push ups/15 squats/15 sit ups then 10 of each then 5 of each?
My plan is to add SEALFIT into my workout once I have a new selection date AND I can as aformentioned RX every WOD and excel.
However BOOTFIT is filling up fast…first ten new members get there very own Orthotic boot to wear during BWOD’s.
Bridget: THe leotards are not for water arobics….thats the advanced course. They are required wear at all BOOTFIT BWOD’s.
Knowing how I feel right now after this WOD I am not even sure I am ready for the BWOD but I will try.

Susan – you can do them in any order u wish just as long as u do 100 pushups; 200 situps and 300 squats in totla; I went w cory’s suggestion of 5 10 and 15 for 20 rounds.
ONE TIME…ONE TIME I USED THE BANDS FOR PULLUPS. Ill never live it down. No discount for you on BOOTFIT Bridget.

for 20 rounds.
That will give you your total reps.

I counted EVERY one of them…hehe!! 200 is my magic number! The workout was beyond funny- Logan cheats like mofo and his technique is hilariously awful. I am NOT making excuses for my time but I stopped a few times to laugh at him!! Ijust love that he was yelling how much he hated crossfit when he was tired!! I wonder where he had heard that!

Good for Logan, considering his previous workout was, clogging a toilet bowl at CrossFit Steele Creek with as much toiletpaper as possible FOR TIME.
