    I already went to 6 am class today and those SPRINTS just killed me. Thanks for the link.

  5. You can try the running, and spend some time stretching. I’ll be in the office, and will be able to get back to CrossFit for a few tonight.
    I’d wait another day for the strength portion of the WOD. You may not even want to sprint all 10, maybe 5; or alternate sprint/jog 10 times.

    275 Split Jerk. I got 300 locked out overhead 4 times, but I couldn’t stand it up.
