You can try the running, and spend some time stretching. I’ll be in the office, and will be able to get back to CrossFit for a few tonight.
I’d wait another day for the strength portion of the WOD. You may not even want to sprint all 10, maybe 5; or alternate sprint/jog 10 times.

275 Split Jerk. I got 300 locked out overhead 4 times, but I couldn’t stand it up.

Getting over head is not the problem I cant land my feet right.
