  7. 1. Put weight on bar.
    2. Lift barbell
    3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 safely until you can’t do step # 2 correctly.

    Two PR for me in the back squat and dead lift,shoulder press stayed the same.Have to work on that.

    I was really looking forward to this WOD because I felt I’ve gotten stronger and have gained muscle mass. I was expecting more from my lifts, at least to increase all three PR’s by 5-10lbs. My BS and SP remained the same; I increased my DL by 5lbs, for a total of 920 points. Either I had more desire and determination the last time we did this WOD, or I have reached my physical capabilities. I did this WOD barefoot just like before, so maybe it’s time to invest in proper attire.
